If you were seriously committed to referring and doing the high paying offers, you might be able to manage $100 in a few hours, but I doubt you could do that many times

That all depends on what offer they do. There are some where you can complete offers once a day.

Not unless you were able to qualify and earn from every surveys here, but even then It wouldn't seem plausible. It would be possible to earn hundreds in 6 months at least.

It really does seem that referrals that you can train and instruct, encourage and help to stick with it would be the best way to go. Getting those referrals may present more of a challenge, especially if you are not a blogger or maintaining some sort of web presence. But it certainly can't hurt to boost your earnings, maybe not to $100's a day  or in hours, but a little bit more each month. As Benjamin Franklin I believe used to say, take care of the pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves. It is worth a try, I just am not so techno savvy to jump in to that area yet. Good luck. I think the better fable is the hare and the tortoise be consistent and hopefully slow and steady wins the race for each of us at our own pace.

Slow and steady works for me. Once you get into a groove its not unrealistic to make decent money. But getting refferrals to stick with it and actually cash out is another story. I have 45 refferals and not one has cashed out. If they could only stick with it it would pay off. You have to do the work..you can't expect the money to be handed to you(not that you do) I put about 15 or 20 minutes a day in to it and cash out every 2 or 3 months. Im up to 34.00 now but Im waiting to cash out until the 6 months is almost up. I have until May. I figure I can accumulate another 30 dollars by then. :) Good luck to all

You probably couldn't make hundreds in hours, but the amount you make is a direct correlation to how much time you spend on here. If you spend a couple of hours a day trying to qualify for surveys, doing the offers and the tasks, then you can make a decent amount. Atleast enough to cash out every month or so!

I think it would be awful hard to make hundreds in hours on this site, but referrals do help.

I came apon this site via carreer builders, can you eblieve they actually advertise this as an employer seeking employees, and yes the amount of hourily pay was abusrd! The manner in which people are advertising this site for thier personal refferals should be better tracked , however it is a neat way to  make a few extra dollars here and there.

Well thats a first I have never seen it on there I must of missed it. Anyway if that's a way to get referrals then so be it they will profit from it. The more you get the word ou there more people get on this sit and have fun while making money. Don't hate, regulate.

Will have to learn more about referrals. So far i've only made about $6.00. Course i'm new and still have a lot to learn. I agree that there is no way, that i've seen so far, to make hundreds in hours. I guess it would depend on how many hours your talking about :D
