Has anyone done this offer yet?

I read their TOS and return and commitment policy but it's not clear as to how that works because in one sentence it says the subscription would be cancelled and there'd be a refund if the customer isn't completely satisfied and returns the first DVD unopened w/in 10 days of receipt but the next sentence seems to say the subscription would be only cancelled after 3 DVDs are purchased.  ???

Satisfaction Guarantee
YourMovies.com guarantees your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied after receiving your first DVD, you can return it unopened within 10 days of receipt; we'll cancel your subscription and you'll owe nothing. Any payment will be credited to the card or PayPal account that you provided. Your subscription is risk-free, so you can cancel your subscription at any time after purchasing 3 DVDs.

hmm.. seems like this is an offer I'd skip then.

For some reason, and I could be very well wrong here, I detect some sort of possible "switch-and-bait" tactic here, mixed in with a little technial jargon, for lack of a better term.

It's not bait and switch :)  If you change your mind you can return the initial DVD unopened and cancel your membership.  If you wish to keep the free initial DVD and remain a member, you must agree to buy 3 more DVD'S at the subscription price that you signed up for.    If you choose the 9.99 plan it becomes roughly $5.00 per DVD (including the free DVD and after $10.00 FC offer credit) plus tax. (if applicable)

OP:  If possible, maybe you could change the thread title to yourmovies.com, (the name of the club) to allow more people to respond and find this thread. :)

Where exactly did you find that info? I would need a screenshot proof of that for insurance purposes.

Done.

Click on the help button on the bottom of the page.  It explains the program in more detail.  Just curious- What do you mean that you need a screenshot for insurance purposes?

Has anyone done this offer and did you get credit for it?

How fast does this offer credit for those who have been approved for it?
