Referrals with unverified emails

I have a refferal listed that I didnt get any credit for apparently because he hasnt verified his email.Does it not make alot more sense to only list a referral AFTER they have verified their emails? :bs:

it makes sense to list a referral (in other words) :icon_rr:...telling you to go contact the referral and they confirm their email and you get credit ...in other words stop referring until u contact the ones you already got.
