Deducting monies??
« on: September 01, 2011, 09:40:11 am »
When did fusion cash start deducting monies and why?? I only noticed this about a month or so ago because I did not have access to my computer for a couple of weeks and started using fusion cash and all of a sudden all the money that I accumulated was GONE!

Is there a purpose to this? Do others think this is fair? Some input would be great. Thanks!  ???

Any credits that are more than 180 days old and are still in your account (ie not waiting for a cash out approval) will be deleted.

Check the Terms of Service. This is not new.  I got caught once because I was away from the site for an extended time, but not any more.

if you look at your Account page, it lists all of your existing credits; if any are within 30 days of being canceled, there will be a red notice to that effect right above the entry.

If you meet the requirements of cashing out ($25 in total; $15 in offers), then request a cash out.  It will put your credits at the long end in pending cash out status that will not cause them to be deleted even tho you will wait until October 20th to get your payment.

If you don't meet the cash out limits, then start doing some of the daily surveys and other dailys to bring you amounts up.  If you do offers, it can be done quicker.

And yes, I think it is fair to put a limit on the time frame for maintaining credits.  Now that I do the dailys every day, I don't have any problem meeting the cash out requirement -- usually cash out every 3-4 months.

Thanks for replying with such a thorough answer! :)
I just never noticed ALL the expirations before I was away for those few weeks that I did not log in. I guess I was not a member for more than 180 days? I kinda thought I was but oh well.

I don't think other sites take away or deduct your money from your account if you don't cash out within 180 days. So, in my opinion it is not fair. But who am I to say??  :dontknow:

Maybe try cashing out at 25? It will save you butt in a case like this.

yea, anything longer than 180 days are expired. When I first joined this site, I got this $5 bonus and I wasn't for another year I've used this site. It's their terms, I guess  :dontknow:

I belong to other sites with the same rules. I understand the limit. They can't hold onto someones money for years and years who will probably never be back to cashout. Maybe the limit 180 day limit is rough considering the cashout amount, but you can get there I think just from the daily clicks and vids with maybe just an extra offer or two thrown in in case.

what do you mean they took away 'mysurvey' thing from you? Are you looking at the monies accrued? They are deducting money withing 180 days if you do not cash out on them. Is this what you are talking about?
