On the current state of Affairs (in the US)
« on: August 31, 2011, 11:18:07 pm »
Do you feel as if the man in the office has completely bungled things up?
Do you still hold out hope he can make good on anything he has promised?
Did you see all this coming even before he was elected?

My side: Saw it coming, and wish I could say I was surprised at the way he and his cronies have completely screwed things up even further.

Two words "Not Happy" Promise _ what promise? nothing has been done. Did I see this before he became elected "this state that the country is in" actually happened way before he was elected. I don't blame just him just him. I all in government is to blame....

I knew better long before the election.  I didn't vote for him.  Actually, I don't think there is anyone in office that I did vote for.
Have a wonderful day!

1.) Yes, but he hasn't done it all on his own.  He did inherit some, which he compounded, took ill-fated advice from croonies, and added some of his own.
2.) I think some things he had promised has came to be:  cash for clunkers, more relaxed immigration
3.) Yes.  Just didn't realize how deaf, dumn and blind so many others turned out to be.
Have a wonderful day!

1.  No more than any other man in office would have.
2.  I don't expect any politicians to actually keep the promises they make.
3.  They all always mess something up.

You people need to stop being so biased.  Obama is not the source of all that is bad in the world, just like Bush was not the source of all that was bad.

Let's all vote for a monkey next year; no Republicans or Democrats!  At least when the monkey throws crap at you, it won't lie and tell you it's the solution to all the country's problems.
