That's awesome! I wish I could start a garden. I would plant strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon and tomatoes :)

We have lots of tomatoes this year, they did well. We also have a few onions and some dill. Hope to expand again next year.

I have a nice crop of peppers that are strong plants. I hope they make it through the winter. :)

I cant grow a garden at the apartment where I live but my husbands co-workers have given us tomatoes and cucumbers.    When we buy a home we will have the garden of my dreams.

It's difficult for us to grow a garden here, as our ground is solid rock.  I might try doing a garden in containers next year.

I wish good luck to anyone with a garden.I tried it and everything was ok,but I developed a severe allergic reaction to tomatoes, which I love.I can't eat them anymore. Now I have to find some substitutes for ketchup, spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce.

We've probably had 100 cucumbers so far, and they're still growing like mad.  The tomatoes, eggplants. and peppers have been great as well.  I've been a bit disappointed with the green beans, zucchinis, radishes, and lettuce this year.  The crops just weren't very bountiful or as strong as the past few years.

I didn't have much time for a garden this year, what I did plant ended up being neglected.  I do still have a few black russian tomatoe plants they are just starting to get fruit.  I am really praying that winter doesn't come early this year.
