My FusionCash refund check BOUNCED

To whom this may concern,

My other account "mschfmkr82", was disabled when I expressed displeasure with the fact that I hadn't received ANY help with a support request in regards to my cashout not going through to my credit card. (An AccountNow card that I signed up for because I found a link from this site, mind you.) A check was sent to me and my old account suddenly wasn't accessible. I drove around town and nobody would cash it the check. I finally took it to a check cashing place and cashed it. They are now calling, ok, harrassing me because the check bounced. It was a $28 check. The place took $5 out just to cash it. They are now trying to collect the $28 plus a $30 fee from me because it bounced. I NEED someone to contact me from FusionCash at 484-529-3174. This is not fair. I don't have money to be paying a bounced check fee. I couldn't find a contact number anywhere on this site. I found a number by googling FusionCash contact info, and left a message, but no response. PLEASE PLEASE get in touch with me somehow and resolve this matter.

WHAT??!  So, what are the rest of us supposed to think...?  Is it safe to check our checks IF we even get a check (I have been waiting and am starting to think I am not going to get one).  It says approved 9/20 and everything, but no check.  I can not afford to pay a bounced check fee either!!  Plus, ruin my reputation on top of that for having a check that bounced!  What is going on??

Okay not sure what to say about a check bouceing but since you cashed out the 20th of this month you will be getting your check around the 20th of next.

No, I didn't cash out on the 20th.  I cashed out on the last day of August so I was approved on the 20th and it says it was printed on the 20th, so.... I should have it by now.

it can take up 3 -5 or 10days after the 20th for check people if aug 20 u might get it sept 30 or later 3-5days add

you still will have to wait even if its the next 3 months no knows the hold up yes the check should be good but you can have a bank officer check it before you cash it if you  ''scare'' to cash it.

I can completely understand why that person posted his/her phone number. Trying to contact FC is enough to make a person crazy.

I cashed out in late August. All of september on my account it said that I would recieve payment on or before the 20th of September. Well... on the 20th of September the thing changed to on or before the 20th of October. I was absolutely ticked. I googled, searched, clicked everything on the site trying to find a way to contact some type of customer support. (real person customer support, not thier AI experiment) Finally I figured out this support ticket thing. This is what I got in return from the SUPPORT and HELP people of FC:

I cashed out in August, to be paid by september. It is past the 20th of september and I've not been paid. The only thing that changed was that my account now says I'll be paid in October. But I cashed out in august, not september. I should have gotten a deposit THIS month. Is it going to continue to go a month ahead every month so that I never get paid? I should have been PAID the 20th of THIS month. NOT OCTOBER. I cashed out in AUGUST!

Please at least let me know that you're a real person reading this! For the last month it's said on my account that I should expect payment ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 20th. Then on the 20th of September, it switched ot ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 20th.

Something is wrong here, I DID cash out in August. Why is this not being fixed?

2008-09-22 06:38:44 Ok so you're saying I'm a liar, and that I did not see on my account that it said pending cashout on or before september 20th. You're also saying that I lied about cashing out in August. Fine, I can't contact this company because there is no contact information other than this.
So, I'll make copies of these "support" tickets. When October 20th comes, and my cashout magically changes to on or before November 20th I will show these to you, then if you refuse to pay me I'll contact the Better Business Bureau, as well as my lawyer.
Unlike some people I don't NEED this work. That's why I only did it one day and cashed out a couple days later which you insist I'm lying about. It's not much money and not worth my time. But, I expect any company to pay me when they say they will. Not two months after the fact. This is no way to run a "business".

Is this seriously Help and Support? I'm just putting this up here with the bad check to show people that things around here aren't all that pretty. I half wonder if all the people saying so many good things about fusion cash are actual members or owners playing up FC to keep people going. Oh, and if anyone is wondering I DID, without a doubt cashout about the 23rd or 24th of August. I heard about this, thought I'd try it. After a whole day of working on it, I got only 38 dollars and decided that wasn't enough for a whole days work and cashed out a couple days later.

I'm sure some people would make this money all in one day, then cash out a month later. But come on... not many people would do that. There was a glitch somewhere. But FC won't admit to it! My eyes weren't crossed when I read for nearly a month on my account that it was due on or before September 20th. If I would have thought this would have happend I would have gotten a screenie. But I simply thought I was going to get my deposit.

Sinnders..I truly understand where you are coming from..You should of had gotten a payment around September 20th..That really sucks..I never had a problem with fusioncash when it comes to receiving my payment..The only problem that I have ever had is not been credited a $1 for FACEBOOK..I joined in June 10, 2008...I had opened up 3 support tickets explaining the situation and they told me that they were behind and this issue would be resolved within the month..
