Help, confused about sign up bonus credit

On my account page it shows my sign up bonus as credited:

Signup Bonus 2011-07-13  $5.00 Approved  

But on the offer tracking / offer clicks page it says its not credited (twice)

$5 Signup Bonus  2011-07-13 Not Credited  
$5 Signup Bonus  2011-07-13 Not Credited  

So on one page it says approved, but the other it says not credited... So when i cash out is this gonna be an issue? will i get the $5 or not?

I'm confused - what offer tracking / offer clicks page? I only know about the Account page where everything shows up, and where you ultimately cash out from. Have you completed the account verification steps?

If you click the Support tab on the main fusioncash page, then look under "option two: support ticket system" theres a link that says "offer tracking" that shows every offer youve ever clicked on and how many times its been  clicked on.. that is were its telling me the $5 sign up is not credited.. but the account page says approved.. and YES i have completed all account verification steps

It's probably a fluke in the system.

If your account balance (and the split between offers/bonuses) is correct by your records and it includes the $5 bonus, you should receive it when when you cash out.

But to be on the safe side, send in a support ticket and ask them to clarify why there is a difference in the two sets of records.  Especially if you plan to cash out at the end of August.
