Is FC still open to Canadian Residents?

Shortly after I joined FC I think I remember asking support who can join FC. The answer at the time was the US and Canada only. Is FC still open to Canadian Residents? I have a few that are interested.

The first entry in the Terms of Service still provide for membership for both US and Canadian residents.  Canadians must be over 18.

Yep.  We're open to Canadian residents but not all site features are available to Canadians, and they have different offers.
