Yea the most times you can cash out is once and even thats hard cuz this site doesnt add new offers.  And the ones they do have only credit a quarter of the time.

When cashing out the $5 sign up bonus is not part of the $15 needed for completing offers..this sites impossible to cash out in.

you need 25.00 to cashout.. and the 5.00 bonus does count to that.... you need a min of 25 dollars total to cashout atleast 15 of that must come from offer earning. then the rest can be from referrals.
and it's not impossible to cashout on here. i've done it many times..

in order to make $15 on this site in offers you would actually have to spend money bc there are not enough free offers to use and a lot of them never give you credit.

it is possible to cash out one time with out spending money. I just did my first cash out and didn't use a credit card on anything. But it takes a while to get to the minimum.

I have cashed out once without spending money, I find it hard to cash out again without spending money however unless I want to try and get a daily survey to approve. I do like this site but it seriously needs some new offers.

It's not impossible to cashout without spending money, although it IS easier to spend a ll money and get a cashout sooner.
But I tell you, after ALL that crap I went through with HoodiaCore, I'd better get my check!
