I will be even prouder to be an American when the Congress starts behaving like adults who were elected to build a country for the people, by the people and of the people, not like a stupid bunch of children intent on getting their own way!   They are hurting our great nation

I see what your saying and yes we need to always keep a place in our hearts for the victims, there are also victims of the wars everyday being fought. As with the 31 recently killed. They are certainly giving their lives for ours. I am not so proud to be an American if we keep turning away from God though, and I see it happening. God protects our country and we keep sending Him. So proud to be a Christian I am, proud to be American well I love my country, but I am beginning not love so much what is is standing for, gay marriage, and opposing God and removing God's from memorials. Common. I cannot repost this without saying why.
