I didn't write the FC staff about offers not crediting, perhaps I should have.  I think it was about 3 offers that didn't credit for about 1.50 in lost revenue.  Not a huge deal, it all happened a few days ago and everything seems to be working fine now.

I don't know how I received this bonus, as I have never written a letter or even put in a support ticket. This bonus was in no way given to me upon my request. I have however, myself lost more survey credits than a 1.50 but, I figure that's just the way it sometimes and I keep trying and retrying.

Lucky you. If I added up all the survey's and offers that didn't credit for me since I joined it would be well over $20. I'm not counting on a $20 apology bonus though.

I found out I got it for posting on a particular thread, in July. Just luck.

That's great! I could use a $2 bonus myself since I never get credited in the daily surveys and I think it's because they only want to hear from people of a certain age which I'm not in. Wish they'd just say up front that you have to be in that age group to qualify.

I also got this $2 and thank you FC it made my day.  I am not sure which post was it that there was a complained on the fact that surveys have not paid, but which ever the reason THANK YOU FC     I  you

I am not sure why it was issued either, I didn't receive it so I am guessing that it was due to a data problem in the last two weeks.  I was gone and not able to work the FC site for 14 days.  I didn't receive my daily emails during that time and had to re-sign up to get them going again.  Sure would have like to get a $2 kick though.

I have written to them - a couple months ago - about surveys not crediting  - and have posted in the forum about it.  I didn't get any "apology" bonus, either.  Perhaps it's random?
