I don't how or why know how I received this bonus, as I have never written a letter or even put in a support ticket. This bonus was in no way given to me upon my request. I have however, myself lost more survey credits than a 1.50 but, I figure that's just the way it sometimes and I keep trying and retrying.

I got one a few weeks back for 50 cents for a Myview survey that I finished and didn't get credited for...the site I was redirected to during the survey even stated that I wouldn't get credited right away..so no worries.
