Do you like to bake?

I love to bake but I don't do it often since I am trying to eat healthy. I just found out about the Diet Coke cake from Weight Watchers and it is yummy! It's just 1 chocolate cake mix and add 1 can of diet coke. Then bake at the time and temperature on the cake box. That's it! The only calories is that of the mix. You can also do yellow cake or angel food cake mix with diet sprite.

I love to bake. My favorite is zucchini carrot bread. When my sons were younger I used o make them tiny loaves to take in their lunch. They shared and I always packed more in their lunch for their friends.

I love to bake. I bake cookies, cakes, pies, you name I'll bake it.  I also love to can I recently canned strawberry jam, blackberry jam, and apple jelly.  It turned out better than I thought. I give them out to family and friends.  Last summer I grew a garden and canned all kinds of things it was great.

i like to bake but i want to learn more recepies and more techniques how to bake cake and other dessert... love it...

I'm a self-taught scratch cook and baker.  I even got into cake decorating. 

If you want to bake a cake so it comes out level, for decorating, bake it at 300 degrees.  Of course you'll have to bake it longer, but it'll be nice and flat on top, instead of domed.  Bake until the sides begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.

I love to bake and cook especially from scratch.  Food products are getting so expensive that I don't do it as often as I use to.

I used to bake a lot when the family was home.  I have had problems with my oven and have had it fixed twice, for a large fee.  It has been out for a year and I find I don't miss it too much.  I don't need the baked goodies, and a microwave and slowcooker and the top of the stove will cook most things.
