I have no problem opposing faith-blinding self-delusions stemming from religious beliefs.

You are doing more than opposing - you are expressing complete intolerance and lack common courtesy; and you keep it constantly going.

Your inherently-biased 'opinion' carries no weight because it's not supported by factual evidence and relies instead upon your religiously-based misperceptions, afronted ego and continued attempts to censor/restrict/suppress/oppress/repress dissenting viewpoints.

So, I have no problem opposing your complete intolerance and lack of common courtesy.

The difference is such opposition being that mine stems from a rational perspective and uses logical reasoning while yours stems from an irrational fundie xtian perspective of blind blind and relies upon irrationality and illogic.  Granted, this difference seems to escape a xtian fundie entirely however, that's not inherently unusual.

False ...

Wow, I haven't come across such an ineffective rebuttal since my 4 year old ponied-up with "is not".

Just using your words back to you.  You want to repeat over and over, so I'm repeating over and over, as well.
You shouldn't cut yourself down like that...

"Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones." – Proverbs 3:7-8

"One of the challenges of learning is that we can think that we know more than we actually do. But this proverb tells us that as we take a different posture to the things that we think that we know, we open ourselves up to new information that can be “tipping points” for us. There is little benefit to being wise in our own eyes, so humility is a necessity with knowledge. Humility keeps the fear of the Lord in front of us AND opens our ears and eyes to the wonderful things that others bring to our lives. Take some time and ask questions of those around you. You might be amazed at how different perspectives can revitalize you and give you new strength."

The 'quote' consists of preaching, (proselytizing/promoting a religious belief), and is logically-inconsistant.  "Fear" of a supernatural entity whose existance is barely hypothetical, (no valid supporting evidence which does not rely upon false attributions or blind faith), is irrational.  Further, such irrational blind faith/fear closes the eyes & ears, instead of opening them to what is, (rather than what one wishes things to be).

Matthew 6:25-34

 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?  Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?  Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’  For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

"We know of an ablution in the ritual of Eleusis; the laurel-wreath oration of Demosthenes speaks of purificatory
ablutions in the mystery of Sabazius; the cult of Attis had its taurobolium, and the mystery of Isis knew a sanctifying
baptismal bath, as did the mysteries of Dionysus and of Mithras. Upon mature consideration modern scholarship has
rejected the ideas that such rites exerted an influence on the baptismal doctrine of the New Testament."

Yearbooks
, edited by Joseph Campbell]

Logical reasoning may appear to be "babbling" to the irrational holders of blind faith however, it is that very "faith" which blind the holder to rationality and probably causes them to babble irrationally.

To a faith-blinded cultist, "carbon dating" = taking charcoal out to dinner.

Since you have never personally accepted Christ, you have no earthly idea what you are speaking of.  So keep your babbling coming...

Psalm 118:6-7; 28-29

"6 The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?

7 The Lord is with me; he is my helper.
I will look in triumph on my enemies."

"28 You are my God, and I will give you thanks;
you are my God, and I will exalt you.

29 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever."
