Do you feel old?

I'm 33 and feel old sometimes, just wondering what age most people begin to feel old.  Albeit, I don't feel that old.  I'm strong, mentally alert, and have plenty of energy(but not as much as I used to).  As you can possibly see from my picture I have a lot of gray hair which makes me look older, but I don't care as I have an awesome wife who likes me like I am.  The gray hair doesn't make me feel old, but what does are the aches I sometimes get and advances in technology; mainly technology.  My first game game system was an Atari 2600 Woody(had wood grain panel on front) that was passed down from older brothers and now games on my phone are vastly superior to the graphics on this system.  Kid's today don't even know what the Atari or original Nintendo looked like.  By the way I still play the Atari with no problems while the Xbox 360 I bought has been replaced 3 times due to the red ring of death.

Only when I look in the mirror or sit on the floor and then try to get up    Seriously, I have to tell myself that it's not a good idea to try to do a handstand or cartwheel at my age (65 next month) when the little girls in the neighborhood are out doing those things.

I turn 31 next month and I feel older than I really am. I have health problems which cause a lot of pain so I feel like I'm 80 years old.
