how many times do you eat a day

Usually it's one meal that I graze at all day long.    starting around noon and lasting until night fall.  LOL

I used to eat about 5 times a day. I've been under a lot of stress lately so I am down to  three meals a day.

The number of times I eat a day varies from day to day but I'm most certain that I eat too often. Sometimes it's just a little bit of something and then sometimes I overeat. I try not to do the latter though but hey, it happens.
