When filling out offers do you have to use your personal name and address?

Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't.  It depends on the offer.   With most offers, I do not have any problem giving my personal name and address. Or for that matter, my home land line.  I do not ever give out my cell phone number.  Be certain to read all instructions carefully with every offer that you take.  If you have any question about an offer, you can post the name of the offer under Offers in Forum and ask other members about their experiences.

Yeah ive done that and it works to be able to do a survey cuz sometimes even when your being truthfully it wont let you finish the survey as you didnt pass.
