FusionCash program and Customer Support
« on: August 02, 2008, 11:43:21 pm »
I have been a member of this site for awhile and have made a little bit of money from FusionCash.  However, this site could go a long ways in improving its customer support (CS).

First of all, CS should not just 'close' an open ticket just because they've answered it.  Shouldn't it be up to the user to determine if the problem has been resolved, rather than having to open up multiple tickets for one problem???

Second,  CS should be a little more courteous in their responses.  I have gotten responses that are quite snippy.

Third,  why can't FC send an automated email out to users who have offers that are ready to expire rather than just taking the money out of users' accounts and adding it to their bottom line?

Finally, it appears one is out of luck if you follow all of the rules, signup for an offer (i.e. BlockBuster Total Access), but never receive credit.  It seems as if there is no way to receive credit from FC.  As a comparison, when I sign up for  an offer through SearchCactus, all I have to do isforward the email from the signup, and I generally have no problem receiving credit for it.

stmedlin, I completely agree with you.  I also contacted customer support and cannot believe how they handle complaints.  I actually asked them the same question about closing a ticket without having the customer acknowledge the issue as resolved.

They replied that  "Tickets are closed because of the sheer amount of tickets we receive. We have over a million users, many of which send in tickets -- and leaving them all open until the user says we can close would create a huge backlog of tickets."  To me that is a lousy answer.

I have been using two other sites like this and they have better CS but they do take longer to reply (usually 1-3 days instead of within hours like FC).  I do prefer to wait 2 days for a thorough and courteous reply than a fast one that does not answer my question.

I do believe that one thing that has made FC so arrogant with their users is those users who would actually ATTACK you if you make a ligitmate complaint or say something negative about FC.  People have to realize that everyone experience is not the same.

I generally don't have a problem in how long it takes to answer a question.  I just think that when CS basically answers that if you question something, that they respond with "if you don't like it, you can leave".   That is certainly true, but why go out of your way to alienate your users???

I'm sure a lot of this stems from problems with scammers and people who want to "complete" the same offer and use it on several sites, thus getting paid numerous times for same thing. Then the site gets credit removed, they lose money, and maybe even an advertiser. No, no one's customer service is the same, but then, neither are the customers. The bottom line is, if FC doesn't get the credit, why should they credit you? And I am sorry, but they don't make that much like you all seem to think they do. This is a lot of work, and a lot of stress, all for a few bones. This is not a huge company like Walmart who can provide a lot of things for a lot of people. This is a GPT site like a lot of others, and me personally, I have to say is run A LOT better than the others. That is my personal opinion and even I am dissatisfied with some things-namely that they let people scam/spam their forums, but to deal with all the bs; that takes away from new offers/advertisers being brought to the site, which means we as members cant make as much money as we could because of these @sshats. FC really tries hard to accommodate everyone and they seem to please 99%,; why would they mess that up to please the 1% who are probably taking cash OUT of their hands and ours???  :dontknow:

No one goes out of their way to alienate users. We run things around here the way we run things, and apparently most users are happy with it due the amount of users and completions of offers we see. I can NOT leave every ticket open, because like I told you privately the amount of tickets we get each day is higher than you think. If you have a problem with me closing your ticket when I answered your questions, then you may leave the site at any time and not come back. It is nothing personal against you, but like I said I can not leave tickets open that have been answered just to hear back from the user, if you need another answer to another question or even the same question you can always open up another ticket.

 ??? See what I mean???? :o WOW!

"We run things around here the way we run things..."

"If you have a problem with me closing your ticket when I answered your questions, then you may leave the site at any time and not come back."

I refuse to believe that you are really a FC employee.  This is priceless.

If only law school wasn't so darn expensive  ::)

You are very select in what you quote--you forgot: It is nothing personal against you, but like I said I can not leave tickets open that have been answered just to hear back from the user, if you need another answer to another question or even the same question you can always open up another ticket.

And law school? Spare me- what is there to sue over? "i'm a cry baby and he hurt my feelings" ??? Open another ticket if you still need answers, or ask NICELY in the forums, a lot of us here try to help as much as possible, but not people who like to just b*tch. Don't like it, like they said-leave. It's simple. You don't have to feel hurt, we don't have to listen to your whining. Win-win.

I am not sure where you are getting the idea that idenesia is looking to sue.  I think idenesia is just saying if it weren't for how expensive law school is (and the need to earn money to help with expenses), he/she would leave this site, rather than deal with the hassle.

What about the points idenesia brought up?  I don't see any point in calling this person a 'crybaby' or any indication that a question wasn't asked 'NICELY'.

Wake up dreamer, I did not mention any thing about suing anyone.  I am a 1st year law student (hence, I am always broke  :sad1:, FC makes me a few bucks) thats why I said "If only law school wasn't so darn expensive..."  then I won't have to do this...Get it? Still  :confused1:?

Anyway, I wasn't whining.  Come on, are you really, really for real?  Where is your deducing skills, there is a difference between being sarcastic (???) and whining or being a  :crybaby2:.

You really, really, need to get a life man!  Being a police on these posts must pay you very well because I have to say you are fierce! You are one dedicated and loyal...you know...Even you know what I'm saying, right hon?

Yep!

And FC helps you pay for law school?

On the side note, the CS has been horrible to me. Never answered my questions.

SkittlesXD, I wish I could make enough to pay for school.  I joined 2 other sites like this one and I make about $40-$80 a month from each.  It helps to buy noodles and lots and lots of cheap coffee  ;D

Honestly, it doesn't take much time and when I need a break from studying Torts and Civil Procedure II this is a good way to take a break.

Ok now I am supposed to have been a mind reader and just KNOW you are in law school- sorry but I have seen a lot of idiot sayings on here, how was I to know that yours wasn't just another? And yes, I am for real. And believe it or not, I do have a life even though I joke that I don't. I am sorry that it is ok for people to bash FC but not ok for me to defend them. Guess what's good for the goose is no longer good for the gander.
