Yikes! I'd like to know the answer to this too. Did you check their "support" section?

I have inboxdollars and have not reached cash out yet.   I have had it for months now but just lately have been reading my emails.  If I had kept it up and read them all this time I would have been at $40.  Oh well, getting there slowly.  Maybe by the end of the year I can cash out.

I've been a member there for three months, still haven't been able to cash out (I have about $9 to go to reach $30).  At this rate it's going to take me forever to get there :(

uh oh.  I wasn't planning on getting to 40 dollars, but that sucks that there is still a fee.

if they still took the 3 dollars it's because you didn't make it in time

So on top of needing to make $40 there's a time limit you need to make it by?  ::)

When I cashed out they took out the three dollars, but then they gave me a three dollar credit toward the next cashout. So I didn't really lose anything. But that was last year, so I don't know if that policy is still in effect.

Not that I've ever heard of. They take the three dollars but give it right back to you as a cash out bonus which is kind of nice. Most sites deduct their fees and you don't get any of it back.

I figured out how the system works from experimenting as well as finding tips from others.

If you wait until you reach $40 (or higher) to cashout, the system will take the $3 change, and you do get the $3 bonus.

The trick is to initiate cashout at around $35 (I typically do this once I hit $35 or a little over) - if you initiate cashout with this dollar amount, then you get the "hey wait" message saying if you choose not to cashout now and make it to $40 in 30 days they will waive the fee.  Then when you reach $40 or more, you cashout and they don't take the $3 fee, plus you still get the $3 bonus!

I've done this about 3 times now and it seems to work every time.  I figured this out after waiting until I was at $50 to cashout and didn't get the option, so next time I did the mid-30 cashout, and sure enough, it showed up.

For anyone who's on SendEarnings - this trick works there as well (as both seem to be run by the same company/owner).

When you get the hey wait message are you saying yes you want to cash out now or wait until $40 to have the fee waived?

great tip about waiting to $35 to cash out from kapeh 12. Joining Winster via Inbox and playing will help you get there faster. Just make sure you join Winster via Inbox or you won't be able to choose Inbox as your prize. It's free but terribly addicting!
