in order for you to get the $1.00 bonus, they have to confirm the email... in order for you to get the $2.00 bonus, they have to complete at least 1 offer

It took minelike 3 days to show, or some such, but it did show as well as their offer completion - they might have to do these manually which takes longer than automated credits...
