I know what you mean. I noticed a big difference. You might want to do a defrag and clear your cache. Stuff to speed things up.

Yes I notice the differece between highspeed internet and dial up.  When I had dial up it took for ever to down load or give go through my emails.  With the high speed internet I get done with what I want to do a lot faster but again it is more exspensive so you need to choose wisely because if you are paying for highspeed internet and don't using it its a waste of money.  But I suggest you go with a telephone company or something or even one of those prepaid internet cards that way its not wasteful.

Oh yeah, there is a very big difference between dial up and high speed internet. High speed all the way for me. I can't stand dial up. I will never go back to it.

I just got DSL in December.  The dial-up was so slow I seldom got online.  I guess I'm making up for that now.

I have DSL and I know that the company that we use has different speeds for the DSL.  We can not get the fastest but can get something in the middle.  We had dial up and it didn't work in our house because we have to many people online at one time it would not work for the family.  My son would like us to change to another company because it is faster but it is also alot more money.  I told him we would when he could pay for it until then we will have to live with what we have.
