it said i would get a 5 dollar bonus for signing up and i didnt get that, and i got 2 referrals so far and no 1 dollar bonus for each

You will receive your $1 per referral once they have verified their account through the e-mail that FC has sent them.  If you know these referrals you might want to tell them to check their Spam folder to see if the confirmation e-mail is there.

they did confirm their account and still no bonus, if their name has a green check by it, that means they confirmed email right?

While offers generally credit within 24 hours, they may occasionally take up to 7-30 days to show up- maybe that's the same for referrals? If they have verified their email, open a support ticket and ask what's up. I have one referral, and I have received the credit for them verifying their email. Hope it works out for you! Definitely don't be afraid to ask support though-they want us to get paid so we keep doing what we do-it's how they make their money too.
