What do you think of Casey Anthony being aquitted?

I think Casey Anthony was involved somehow but the prosecutors failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she murdered Caylee. Yes she is a pathological liar but that doesn't prove she is a murder. Everybody lies at some point in their life. The prosecutors failed to provide substantial evidence. I do feel that Casey Anthony is involved but we may never know.

She's guilty. It's the O.J crap all over again. So I guess you can murder someone and get away with It now. She should have been born without the ability to have kids. People like her make me sick. She'll get what she has coming to her. Such a shame the *bleep* wasn't In a foreign country. No trial just a lot of torture, which Is exactly what she deserves. Maybe someone will off her. I really hope so. She deserves death. Actually, she deserves to be tortured until she confesses then tortured more then killed.

She is so guilty.You can see it on her face.So sad that she gets to walk free after what she did to her baby.And her talking about wanting more kids.They should fix her so she can't do the same thing again.I wouldn't want her living next to me.I don't think I could be as forgiving as the law.I don't understand how anyone can hurt their children to begin with.It's a sad situation.

I think the prosecuters should have went in with a better case than they did.  The only thing that ended up being actual fact is that a little girl is dead.

Bingo!! The jury did their job according to our instructions given by the judge & what's written in the justice system. For those of you who are upset w/the jury let me tell you I PERSONALLY have sat on jury duty for almost 3 weeks on a MURDER trial too. Do I think she did it? ABSOLUTELY!! However, it could not be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. No one in that trial can say how Caylee died not even the medical examiner.  If she supposedly drowned than why weren't her lungs tested? The prosecutor did not do a good job presenting their case & did not have enough evidence to convict her. Sad, but thank our justice system. If the jury went off emotion like someone here mentioned than she would be guilty. How do you prove she abused the child? Where's the evidence? No one could even come up with a motive as to why she would want to kill Caylee. When you're on a jury you need to set all emotions aside and things like "I feel" or "I think" or "It should be" does not cut it. Now it's between Casey & God on judgement day to answer to him.

However, they could not prove that she murdered her child and I guess they did not want to sentence her to death if she didn't do it ( even though an innocent child died). The defense did a good job of placing doubt in the jurors' mind. But I think she should've been charged with child neglect or abuse or something!!! She will pay somehow if she did it!!

Perhaps they will charge her with those charges. The law states that she can't be charged for murder again because she was found not guilty. They can get her with something else. . .

That's another thing where she went wrong. Child neglect wasn't even one of the charges! Go figure!

There were no lungs to be tested. She was a skeleton.

I believe she is guilty! If they weren't going to charge her for count 1 they could've at least done count 3 which was aggravated manslaughter on a child. She killed her daughter and everyone knows it. No mother in her right mind can just kill their own child and go partying. If she isn't going to prison she should at least be locked in the nut house.
