GiveUsYour2Cents and MyThoughtCounts Not Crediting

For the last 3 days I have not been getting credit for GiveUsYour2Cents after I complete their survey. I do everything right like leaving up the "Congrats" page for 10 minutes or more and I delete all the cookies and history before starting the survey. I use the CCleaner too. Today for the first time MyThoughtCounts did not credit me either after I got their "Thank You" page and doing everything right as said before. The strange thing is that I am getting credit for SSI Daily Survey, Surveyhead and Samplicious Daily Survey. Those surveys I have been getting credit for. I find that to be odd and strange. I have sent in a support ticket for this problem. Anyone else having these similar problems?

Count me in as another who hasn't (yet) received credit for my completed MyThoughtCounts survey today.  Since I joined in July of '09, I could probably count on one hand the times I haven't received credit for any of the surveys, and one of those instances it was my fault (forgot to change the cookie settings).  They usually credit easily, so when one doesn't, it makes me wonder if there is some technical glitch going on.

Unlike you, though, I did get credit for GUY2C earlier today.

Yes I have been having this problem. I have not been getting credit for the Surveyhead and for the win247. I still need to get a ticket in. I have a ticket in for my $5 sign on bonus and have not gotten a reply back.... Does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply back it has been opened since the 4th.

I didn't get credit on "my thoughts count" today,either.And it was a loooong survey,too.

Same problem for me in the last 4-5 days. Completed at least 3 surveys where I got to the completion screen but no credit. Finally sent in a Support Ticket for an SSI survey I completed but received not credit for. Waiting for a response from FC. My guess is it's some sort of technical glitch, as Oryon20 suggested. Hope FC becomes aware of this problem and fixes it soon. We'll just have to be patient and keep our fingers crossed.

Count me in as another who is not getting credit for GUY2C. Hmmm, this happened again just recently and then the next day, everything credited. Hope this is just another "glitch". We have been having quite a few this season.

none of the offers I completed today gave me credit. It's always nice to know you've been wasting time and not getting money in return.

Nope, me either. No payment today, even after completion, a congrats page, and all the payment routine. Nothing. This survey is my old reliable, but something has changed this week. I can't even retry, their page says no surveys. Old reliable has become undependable but they still got their survey.

Ok. I actually got credit for GiveUsYour2Cents, SSI, TicketsForOpinions at around 4 am (7/8) this morning, even though I completed them earlier in the afternoon that day (7/7), and they usually credit w/in minutes!

Hey guys,

I wanted to let you know that I am researching this issue.

For a couple of you, I manually searched the reports from the daily survey advertisers and could not locate your user ID.  Other people did successfully get credit on July 3rd, 4th and 5th... but for some reason it didn't work for you guys.

The July 4th holiday weekend is one of the slowest times of the year for marketers, so it's hard to get this complaint taken seriously (at a glance, it just seems like the lower # of completions that you would expect around a big outdoor holiday).

I'll update the thread when I know more.

I am sorry for the crediting glitches that have happened in the past couple months.  I have spent some time refining the automatic crediting systems to make them more reliable day to day.

You can caount me in on the same boat, i get credit 99% of the times but there has been a day or 2 within the last week that has not given me credit even when a leave the congrats page open for 30 minutes.  Admon thanks for your reply.
