Playphone-offer not credited

i did this offer over a month ago and still have yet to be credited. I even got my bill in on my cell and was even charged the monthly amount of 9.99 i dont mind as i can get ringtones but i was never credited i entered the pin they sent to my phone and confirmed it. How do i get credit for this since i am paying for it and plan to keep it. I just feel i did the trial and decided to continue i should get credit for it
