Pistolettes
This was a recipe my Mamaw loved to make.
2pkgs. Pistolette rolls or sub rolls
2-3 lbs. Ground beef
1 c. onion
1 pkg. Frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velvetta
Butter, melted
garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350.
Brown meat, drain. Saute onion and steam broccoli.
Mix together beef and veggies in a saucepan on medium heat and add cheese.
Stir till cheese is melted.
Cut off one end of roll and Hull out inside.
Stuff mixture inside rolls and put ends back on.
Melt butter and garlic and brush on rolls.
Bake 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
this also tastes good when dipped in ranch dressing.
