  I seriously think you should write a cookbook and get it published and when you do, I would like to buy the first copy and have it autographed please.  You're the ONLY person that has ever given me recipes that I can actually do without smoke or making a BIG mess.  I make your other recipes all the time: "Grandmother's German Pancakes", "Banana Bread", the "Battered Fried Chicken Recipe"...you're the BEST!

ButterflyWings:  Thank you so much for all the terrific recipes.  I found myself wondering what was going to be for dinner tonight and I then I remembered my notebook of your recipes so I grabbed it and had no problem finding something to make in a hurry.  Your recipes use ingredients that are already in the house-- I love that. 

The recipes are so easy, so quick and so budget-friendly that if people would put the recipes in a binder and pull them out instead of pulling out the carryout menus...they'd be saving themselves alot of money.

I always look forward to trying new recipes from you because I know they're always going to be great!

(My mom is "ticked" because after all the time & effort she put into trying to teach me to cook...you're recipes turn out pretty great for me.    )
