Confused: How exactly does the Fusion Cash work - Please explain

I am a little confused.  Can anyone explain how does the fusion cash work?  I just started a few days ago and dont understand exactly how and when do you get cash for posting?  how much?  how often? etc. please explain from a to z. thanks

You earn money on fusioncash by completing offers such as the Paid To Click and Daily Cash Email offers.  Once the balance in your account reaches a minimum of twenty five dollars, you may request a cashout.

To earn money by posting on this forum, you must make 30 contributing posts within the month. You can check your post status by clicking on the "paid to post" link at the very top of the forum page. This will take you to a new page where you click the green text "forum bonus request form". On the new window, scroll down and you will see the number of eligible posts you have contributed. Once over 30 for the month, simply input 3 message id numbers and click submit. Examples of this are shown on that page. Just make sure you get it submitted before the end of the month, and then repeat the next month. This earns you an easy $3 every month!
