$5 sign up fee expired

I joined this site yesterday and didn't see the sign up five dollars and today I look and it says its expired. Why? I did an offer and signed up of course so why is the five dollars expired? Actually, I did a couple of other offers that totaled another eleven dollars and they are not on here. I need help but I see no place to get any.

hmm i would open a support ticket that shouldnt have happened i got my 5 dollar sign up bonus like a week after signing up..
