$5 sign up problem

ok so i confirmed my account through my email, gave them my number, filled out my information on the account, i got to the last step to get my $5 signup bonus. I selected one of the Ads such as Toluna and the "SUBMIT" button was like blocked off. I refreshed the page and tried again with no luck. Also, i tried with another computer and that didn't work...HELP?

When making a new post on this forum, there is a link above the "post", "preview", and "save as draft" buttons. Sometimes, the $5 bonus will not credit for some people, and if that happens, this is the link they can click on to receive their $5 sign up bonus.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. On that page, the submit button doesn't do anything.

When one clicks on that link, it only brings him to the page where he has to select at least one of the offers to receive the bonus and then press submit, which is where the problem is presented. This problem is happening to me as well.

If you click on support at the bottom of any FC page it will say are you looking for your $5 sign up bonus. I received my $5 bonus immediately, but I've heard of a lot of new people that don't. I hope this helps.

When I try to receive the sign up bonus, I get to the end and the submit button is gray every time I try to redo it. I have tried all of the suggested solutions, and have had no results. Might anyone know the definite solution?

As a last resort, go to your Account page/ Support and file a Support Ticket explaining your problem in detail. Wait for a response from FC.

My referral is having the same issue; I had her open up a support ticket.  I suggest you all do so as well!

I got my 5 dollar bonus so i am a little confused on how you can't get your bonus. just go to help and fill out a support ticket. this site is the best one out here, they have your back

I had the same problem before and then a couple weeks later it worked but I have no idea how...I did open a ticket though so make sure to try that.

ok i did i everything also even clicked on that link and gave me a error mg so i put in a support ticket yesterday and still waiting

If you look when you are posting before you post you will see the 5 dollar bonus link but do you before you post its at the bottom of the page like right now while I am writing its there.  So try that.
