Mozilla Firefox is usually faster than Internet Explorer. I do not know why?

I was using Safari until it kept crashing on me, now I'm using Google Chrome.  It's much faster :)

Google Chrome is my main browser. I will use Firefox as a backup. The only time I use Internet Explorer is when the site that I am on requires it. It is too slow.

Firefox 4.0.1. I like Chrome, but I'm just a creature of habit. I also use the Adblock and NoScript extensions for extra security.

I am using Firefox, but sometimes I need since to open up Internet Explorer since Twitter doesn't seem to want to load for me in Firefox.

I use Firefox.  I have Chrome too, but haven't gotten used to going there.

I am using IE8. Not the fastest browser around but, it was better than IE7. I have tried Safari and Google Crome in the past but, they seem to need alot of ram and they lock up on me alot using my main Computer, which I can't up the Ram on it anymore, It's at it's max. I guess I need to invest in a new Computer - this one is fairly old!!
