Do u guys still have landlines?

I've had a land line for about 3 years now. I only got it just in case I lose my cell phone or in case I lose my job. At least with unemployment you'll be able to maintain a land line. It's harder to maintain a cell phone. That's what I have the land line for. Oh yeah, I give my land line to people that I don't want calling my cell constantly. Most of the time I'm not home anyway. They'll get the hint and not call back. I won't be there to pick up the phone. I know I'm being bad but it works.

Yes!!!! No matter how advanced technology gets I feel landlines will always be a staple in the home.
