Has anyone done/found a diet that works for em?? Or a medication I can ask my dr. about? I have a hypo-thyroid and I cant seem to loose the 20lbs I want to before my wedding in 3 months. :BangHead: Been trying for 3 months now. And yes I walk daily, I can't do cardio or heart straining exercises since I have a heart problem as well.  :sad1:

I'd avoid any and all foods that contain soy or soy derivatives.  Since it's in quite a few items, label reading is a must.  A lady I know has done this (she's also hypothyroid) and while it hasn't given her the results she's wanted, she has lost some weight avoiding soy.  It's a very slow process, unfortunately :(

I wish I knew of a fool proof way to lose weight, but portion control and exercise.  You don't have to do any hard exercise but walk and watch what you eat and eat nothing white.  Look, I am telling you what to do but I cannot seem to do it myself unless I have a goal like you do (a  wedding), so go for it and good luck!
