As a general rule, anything over $600 in a year will require you to play taxes........and then I would assume FC would send you some sort of tax form to fill out so they can record it properly.  I use Paypal and have not had any taxes taken out, so I would imagine a check is issued the same way.

yea.. any form they will not take it oout.. but i think we have to claim if.. its a certain amount like you said.. I havnt won over 600 so.. im good.

Now where i live you will have to make a certain amount and make over it. Once that happens then you would have too pay taxes. But different for every state i figured

federal is federal... you won't have to pay any taxes unless its over $600 i do believe
