Whatever happened to good old-fashioned common sense?

Well common sense used to be vital for survival but now it isn't necessary. If you have ever seen the movie idiocracy you will know what I mean. If accidentally cutting off your arm or getting hit by a car was fatal than common sense would be a trait that was passed down each generation.

no one uses common sense anymore because instead of taking things easy they look at it from the complicated side

i was raise in very common sense enviroment.i still have that in my mind and i am trying to be like my parents were teaching me.
i agree there is no more things like that .people complicate their own life.
we loosing a lot.

Not sure what thats supposed to mean, but I'd say its safe to assume common sense died once George Bush made his first decision as president...
