I need help with the offers

Read through the Beginner's Guide for lots of information.  (Support section of Forum, one of the two items at the top of the page.)

Offers are not my forte, but at a minimum, you need to clear your cookies and temps BEFORE you start an offer.  You may not try an offer more than once.  You must confirm you email address with some offers (they send you an email and you must click on the confirmation link.)
Some folks use a new email address for each offer in order to keep the information for that offer separate (and more easily recognized) from the rest of their mail.  Also keeps your spam under control.

Do not use a hotmail email address; hotmail will block what they consider spam and you will never get the confirmation emails you need. A gmail address will work.

If the advertiser has your email address from a previous offer you might have completed or tried for, you will not get credit.

I just do the Daily items (paid email; daily click and videos, forum posting, forum contests) and leave the offers to those who don't mind the recordkeeping.

What kind of problems are you having?  What do you need help with?  Post your questions.  If you are looking for suggestions as to what offers to take, I always suggest the many survey sites.  They are easy to sign up for and credit well.  And each site offers their own rewards.  If mysurvey is still offered, I always recommend that one.
