Brain research indicates physical diffs. in brain function between the sexes. Men can focus on one thing better then women, and women can divert their attention to many things at the same time.

While it is true that there are many physical differences in the brain between the two sexes, it is not true that women can divert their attention. No human can do more than one thing efficiently, no matter how much one believes it to be. It's been proven that the neurons of a man's brain is usually densest at the amydala, which is the physical/kinesthetic intelligence, which results in the fact that men are more physical when it comes to pretty much anything. Women, on the other hand, have more neurons in their lymbic system, which results in their increased capability of talking and listening more than men do - interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences.

When it comes to intelligence, it is necessary to know that there are multiple intelligences; a famous psychologist proposed that there are seven of them.

Brain research studies have indicated that vaguely siting "scientific" studies does nothing more than to make your post seem intelligent but in a real debate it would be laughed at. Gravity, for example, applies to ALL objects. While studies of a few humans brains does not apply to all humans. There is just too much diversity in our species. There is no true measure of intelligence. Both sexes have people that focuses on "girly" things and have people that focuses on "manly" things. A society's idea of what a man or woman should do changes over time and are different across many cultures. Either sex would be fully capable of playing the other sex's role if it weren't for our naughty bits. And science is changing this.

The thing about psychology, sociology, and all these other "sciences" that seek to explain how human behavior works is that there is no true method of testing human beings with a fully controllable experiment. It may have to do with the fact that most of these tests would be illegal. Psychology and sociology should not be taken as actual science on the level of physics or chemistry, and although it is important that they study human behavior, its results should be taken with a grain of salt.

The goal of psychology and sociology is not to identify the exact problem to one's illness/disease or to find out exactly how one would behave; it merely seeks a trend - a pattern, even. While it is true that, in the past, many psychology experiments were illegal (such as the third grade teacher who experimented with her class), it's not so anymore. Psychology and sociology, like other sciences, follow the strict guidelines established by each of the country in which one would conduct an experiment.

I was at a community college looking through the class schedules and saw "Women's Studies" as class but not "Men's Studies". Then I realized all I needed to do to learn that was turn to the "Histories" section.
