I do now, thanks to being pregnant.  It really helps your energy level if you can.  A few healthy snacks wouldn't hurt either.   :fish:

i eat 3 times a day.. breakfast, lunch and dinner. i always take enough breakfast it keeps me fresh to work... without breakfast i cant work..
Preparing a good breakfast can be as quick and easy as splashing some milk over cereal. Time invested in breakfast is much more valuable than the few extra minutes of sleep you might get by bypassing the morning meal.If you seem unable to make time for breakfast, pack a breakfast brown-bag the night before so that you can eat on the way to work.......
Some people skip breakfast in an effort to lose weight, but the practice is more likely to cause weight gain than weight loss. Skipping breakfast is strongly linked to the development of obesity. Studies show that overweight and obese children, adolescents, and adults are less likely to break the fast each morning than their thinner counterparts.

According to research, skipping meals, especially breakfast, can actually make weight control more difficult. Breakfast skippers tend to eat more food than usual at the next meal or nibble on high-calorie snacks to stave off hunger. Several studies suggest that people tend to accumulate more body fat when they eat fewer, larger meals than when they eat the same number of calories in smaller, more frequent meals. To teens, especially teenage girls, skipping breakfast may seem like a perfectly logical way to cut down on calories and lose weight. It's important for moms to educate their kids about the importance of the morning meal and the role it plays in maintaining good health and preventing obesity.

Yes.....breakfast is an important meal. I need to keep my body going and energized.  I eat my main meal in the middle of the day.

I eat whenever I'm hungry, I dont really count but I always have breakfast. I'll usually eat something in the middle of the day and sometimes I'll go without dinner, and sometimes I snack alot throughout the day

I try to eat three times a day. Sometimes I miss breakfast and just eat lunch and dinner. When I do eat three times a day I eat small portions because I don't be that hungry during the day.

I'm lucky to eat one full meal a day.  I graze.

I have to eat three times a day.  If I eat one or two meals I do over eat.  I need to make my meals smaller.  Snacking between the meals are good to do.

I eat something very light for breakfast, like a granola bar, then lunch and dinner.

I eat twice a day. I don't normally eat breakfast. I do like breakfast food though, so it is a little strange.

I always eat breakfast.  My next meal is the biggest of the day and it is generally around 2:00.  Around 8:00 I have a couple of 100 calorie snacks.
