How come I'm not getting credited for doing paid to click or other surveys

Everytime I try and do the paid to click thing I never get credited 15 cents for it. Same goes for a bunch of other surveys that i've tried. Am I doing something wrong?? Any help would be awesome!

You need to view 4 topics and 1 sponser ad over a 3 minute time frame.  There is a counter of time remaining on the left side of the page towards the bottom of the page.  I usually view Horoscope, Lottery, Recipes and Weather.  Weather is last because if the time has not run out by the time I get there, I can click on the 7 day or the 15 day forecast after the time has run out.  You need to click the final page AFTER the time runs out (or click on the 7 day forecast).  Then an additional link will come up for the Fusion Cash toolbar.  When you click on it, it will appear in a separate tab/window.  View that ad and then close the tab/window.  A link for the  final sponser ad will then come up - complete with security check (like the paid email) when you click on it.  It will also come up in a separate tab/window.  View it for 60 seconds.

Check you account page before you close the final sponser ad. (I usually have my account page open in order to confirm that things have been credited.)

Occasionally when I've clicked on the FC toolbar or final sponser ad, the new page is incorrect (ie it comes back to the .15 daily click page).  When that happens, I usually log off of FC, close my browser and try again.  If that doesn't work, I  clear my cookies and temps, close my browser, log off my computer and then start over. This hasn't happen recently, but when it does, this usually works.
