 Why is it so easy to gain weight, but much harder to lose it. ?

Because foods are hidden with ingredients that are foreign to our bodies and because of that our bodies take longer to break them down and grab nutrients. Our bodies also store fats for times of famine much like bears during the winter. Famine is not an element right now so are bodies are storing fat. It takes a lot of exercise and the understand ing of our body and food until weight loss is possible.

Portion control, portion control, and portion control, I have found that along with watching the types of foods I eat, just eating the correct portion size will be so effective and after you start following that with some good old fashion walking you can actually drop some pounds,. :)

Historically it was important for humans to store fat so that we could survive during harsh environments but now that we have CONVENIENCE of any food we want our genetics haven't changed just our access to food. Our body and mind are still wired to consume as much as possible when it is available.
