got denied for referral bonuses?

i just noticed i got denied for some referral bonuses.. why would that happen?

I had my girlfriend sign up under me at her house cus she does these sites also and i watced her use my link! and i got nothing!!!!

well yesterday they all said "pending cashout" now there are 5 that say rejected.  i don't get it. i would like to know why they were rejected so i don't make the same mistake again.. if it was my fault in the first place
