Game offers not crediting yet.

I've downloaded and installed two games under the special offers page but haven't gotten credit for them yet.  How long does it normally take on average for credit?

I tried for like 3 hours last night just to get one credit in the special offers section and I couldnt get anything to credit!! It was so aggravating that I started to send complaints via the little question mark link next to the uncompleted offers! I tried downloading games, players, tried submitting info, confirming registrations, I mean I tried like 30 of them and not one is working!! can anyone else help on why this is happening???
