$5 Signup Bonus
« on: May 24, 2011, 03:19:01 am »
Okay, now I am just really beyond confused.

I signed up on May 20th 2011.  I originally signed up with a different email address, which I have since changed and updated.  After I updated my email address I could see my $5 sign on bonus when I looked under my Account Info, but now it is not showing there at all.

When I click on the link to verify if I received my $5 sign up bonus, under confirmation it says: Error.  Sorry, but you have already received your signup bonus.

Well if I have received it, why don't I see it anywhere?

Also under my Account it says my current balance is $15.71 ($15.71 in offers, $0.00 in bonuses)  BUT my signature when I post on this forum says that I have completed 10 offers worth $20.71.  I am thinking that since the difference between the two amounts is $5 that I did receive my $5 signup bonus.

Am I correct in assuming this?  And if I am correct in assuming this, under my Account, instead of showing $0.00 in bonuses shouldn't it show $5.00?

Thank you in advance for your response.

My guess is that something went wrong when you changed your address so soon after signing up, but I am just guessing.  In order to know for sure, click "support" at the bottom of this page.  Explain the situation and then give them time to research it and respond.  They are very good here and I am sure they will get everything straightened out.

According to our system your account is actually from August 2010.  If you try to sign up again using an email address & password from your existing account, you are simply logged in (no new account is created).  So though it probably seemed like you were signing up anew, you were just logging in.  This is why your $5 signup bonus expired - because it was posted to your account in August 2010 and it has been more than 180 days since then.
