How did i get black listed??

I've completed a lot of offers today alone, some where no cc was needed and some where it was.

I saw someone was having trouble with Yahoo. I had already completed the trial sign up and was credited for it by the time i read the posts.

but i was wondering if anyone else has had a problem completing the Hoodia offer??  i filled out the required info, clicked submit and got an error mssg then right under that a mssg reading 'your our 1,000,000th customer, call this number for prize' 
puzzled, i called it and the customer service rep said that mssg is only generated if the email has been black listed. which happens if you or someone in your house hold has previously ordered the product.
I haven't, so why would i be black listed?

no, i just started this acct with this email address about 3 days ago specifically for work like this

has anyone ever ordered it useing your address or credit card info? if so then it would be the same thing n they would auto list your email since it's linked to the other info

no one. I have a personal acct with a credit union that only i use and have the only cc to that acct which never leaves my sight. I check that acct online daily. and we've never recieved anything in the mail from them, so i'm positive our address wasn't in their system before.

this is just a puzzle... when the guy said i was black listed i had this 'goodie goodie girl gone bad' picture in my head.  i hate feeling guilty of something i had no clue of. though i pretty sure that's not the case here and i don't need to feel spot lighted.

I did the hoodia offer and never got credit.. Have the bottle of it in my hand now.. So.. ive done the offer.. never got credit on here tho.. And I cant even use the product.. *gotta call my dr since im on other meds*
