I have a dell laptop. It has a 15 Inch screen. Windows 7 and 2 GB memory and plays & creates DVDs. It cost about $398 at walmart. The only thing with mine Is you only get a 30 day trial of anti-virus but my boyfriend found anti-virus software at walmart for 30 dollars and you can use It on up to 3 computers. I searched walmart.com and found this one. It has more memory and has a bigger hard drive so the price Is a little higher than the one I have.

do you have a "microcenter" around your area,
or another big outlet type of computer store?
if not, check out microcenter's website because
their prices aren't marked up to retail prices like
best buy and other big name stores. they only
deal in tech-stuff, so they can offer wholesale
pricing!

i've seen decent, brand-name laptops for under
$350. good luck!
[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]
