Mobile Offers
« on: May 20, 2011, 12:09:33 am »
Question, does anyone know if the mobile offers charge you immediately when they send you your pin?

For example, I have unlimited texting...but I wondered if there would be extra charges to my bill from the text they send containing the PIN?

From my experience they do charge you right away, you have to be carefull, I did one once , got the pin, did what I had to do, then I would get another text and another. when you get the text you have the option to stop, it'll tell in the text, but you will still get charged for the data. This happen about a month ago, and I had like $8.00 charged in data from these kind of site's, so I just don't do them.

When I first joined Fusion Cash I did a ton of mobile offers.  I figured if I send a reply text "stop" I wouldn't get charged.  I ended up with $100+ in charges.  Fortunately, my carrier was very understanding and removed the charges.  They told me, however, when I receive texts from any mobile offers to not reply at all.  As soon as I reply, "stop" I am acknowledging the the service and I will be charged.  So now if I receive a text from any offer, I just ignore it.  I haven't been charged since.
