What is your Happy Snack Treat?

I don't like sweet stuff but I have a weakness for salty stuff, especially french fries!

I'm with munitono... take the sweets and leave the salty.  As a matter of fact, I could go for a bowl of hot, buttery popcorn sprinkled with cheese.  My mouth is starting to water, so I have to go...I'm in a lazy mood though, so it looks like I'll be microwaving my kernels tonight...

Mmmm, my happy snack would be cookies and cream ice cream with chocolate fudge on top or chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies with milk. That makes me happy. I just try not to over indulge myself.

My happy snack is treat is fruit cocktail ,it taste so good ,great for this summer including this weather when it's hot you don't feel like eating food you just want to eat something light yummy . Ha Ha I think I'm going to get one out of the fridge .

I would have to say REESE'S hands down.  I try not to overindulge but I am feeling down I snack on 1 of those babies and I get lost in them.  Te trick is I don't actually chew them I suck on them so the nice concoction of the melting chocolate and peanut butter all mixed in together MMmmmmm!  I think i'm gonna go for 1 right now-talk to later!

My kids like to have life cereal for a day or night time snack it is very filling.  Sometimes they like to have fresh fruit.
I changed my eating habits because of what my kids like to eat.  Instead of eating chips I will eat some life cereal.
