Both my husband and I do. "Breathe-Right" strips (basically a stiffened adhesive placed on the nostrils to hold them open) are a big help.

I snore some but in my house they should not complain that I do a little.  My husband snores so loud that if he is downstairs you can hear him upstairs.  My son does the samething.  If I don't go to sleep before them then I am lost I cant sleep.  I was at my mother in laws house when I was younger and was sleeping on the coach in the living room.  And my  husband started, then my brother in laws that stilled lived at home.  I don't know how anyone gets any sleep in that house.

My son says I snore.  I woke myself up once several years ago snoring.   Wish I didn't but I don't know a way to stop it.  If anyone has any ideas let me know.  Hope everyone has a great day and God Bless each of you.

My husband used to, but he lost 40 pounds, and he doesn't snore anymore.  It is so wonderful to get sleep now.

My husband tells me I give a new meaning to the words 'I am woman, hear me roar, he says it should be SNORE. LOL He actually uses a Cpap machine, adds ear plugs to it as an aide to not hear me.  It doesn't seem to keep me awake1 ;D

Yes, I snore very badly. I tried the c-pap machine and did the sleep study. All of that. I just do not have the discipline to deal with that machine every night.

I snore only when I sleep....
:icon_rr: I like this icon

I was lying in bed the other night, looking up at the stars, and thinking, "Where in the heck is my roof?"
