Anyone else getting this message? There is definitely a glitch here!

In addition, the Daily Tasks have not credited for the last few days and I'm having no luck with the Daily Surveys either, although that could just be my demographics. I hope FC addresses these failure to credit issues soon!

 I have the same message showing up on my screen....As far as the daily videos not being credited I still have no change with that either. They do usually credit daily.

Same here.  How do we let Fusion Cash konw that there is a Major Problem?  I have switched between IE8 and Firefox and still the same problem.  Please get fixed soon.

I am getting same message you are and I am still having trouble with Videos and Daily Tasks NOT crediting to my account. However in the Offer Status tab on the Special Offers page the Videos and Daily Tasks are showing up in COMPLETED OFFERS area but the value is wrong. FC needs to take care of this soon I hope.

I'm not getting credit either.  I've tried with THREE different browsers.  IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

The videos will play with no problem, but WILL NOT credit at all, and haven't been for several days.

The one thing I've noticed different is the "Watch Later" button on the vid player itself.  Perhaps that's the problem.

I watched a KLM video today and was not credited.  I hope this gets fixed soon, as the videos are my fav.

I plan to open a support ticket and let Fusion Cash see the offers completed yet not credited to my account so they can investigate.

I suggest checking your Offer Status pages to verify the videos appear on the list as completed so you can provide that information if you choose to contact FC support too.

I saw the samething too on my Offer Status page in the completed offers section and just opened a support ticket. Hope Fusion Cash will fix this soon.

Yes, on the completed offers page, the values of the offers are 100 times their proper value for crediting. Here are mine for the last few days:

None of these offers have been approved as yet and a value that should be $.01 is listed as $1.00, etc. I've sent in two Support Tickets about this and pasted the data above in the ticket, but both tickets are still showing a status of 'open" and I haven't received an e-mail from FC as yet. Also, FC had a message up in the Support section yesterday that they were receiving a large number of support Tickets over the last few days and would answer them in the order received. I'm sure FC knows about these issues by now, and the lack of crediting is apparently affecting everyone. The only offers approved for the day today have been the DCEs and some surveys for those who have the right demographics, which I do not. We just have to be patient and trust that the staff is aware of our lack of crediting and is working hard to get it fixed.  :peace:

I watched the KLM video earlier, and no credit..that is the only video that has shown up as even offered for the last week or more.  I am not even seeing the other video's that other members are saying they watched...oh well, if it isn't likely to credit anyway....

has anyone submitted a support ticket for this issue?  I hate to swamp them with numerous support tickets for the same issue,,,I'd hope if they fix it for one it would then be fixed for all....
